Candida Cell Wall Suppressor and Fats

Candida Cell Wall Suppressor & Fats

Learn why Candida Cell Wall Suppressor & fats can be the make or brake of your cleans and how its the only clinically proven product to remove candida fungus from the body.

However, it is important to assist the product in doing its job by taking the correct dosage and following the recommended protocol.

Therefore, MediMush would like to give you some vital information about the role of fats in this treatment program.

It is equally important to understand coconut oil's function so that it does not adversely affect your cleanse.

Fats are a controversial topic in the field of nutrition, and for those who do not know much about fats, it can be a confusing issue. The information below will help you understand the importance of following the protocol.

Fats are important when using CCWS.

It is recommended that when beginning our candida cleanse program, you consume some fat with each tablet taken. There is, of course, a good reason for this – it ensures that the cleanse works to optimum potential.

Simply put, dietary fat assists the absorption of Candida Cell Wall Suppressor into your body’s cells. When taken halfway through the meal containing the fat, the capsule can dissolve, and the product mixes with the fat-rich foods in the stomach.

Fat is rapidly absorbed by the body, enabling the Candida Cell Wall Suppressor to enter the cells; at this point, it is gradually released over the following days when the body breaks down the fat for energy.

Now, we will address the fats you need to take with your Candida Cell Wall Suppressor and how much to consume. The truth is that only coconut oil is a poor choice.

This is not because it is unhealthy – on the contrary – it is an excellent health product with various benefits. It has historically been used as part of a combination of products in the treatment of candida overgrowth through diet.

Medimush recommends that if you wish to use this oil, you do so during the rest phases of your cleanse and not while taking the capsules.

Coconut oil is what is known as a longtail fatty acid, so it is not broken down until it gets to the colon. Essentially, it will bind to the Candida Cell Wall Suppressor and carry it out of your body before absorption can occur.

On top of this, the natural laxative effects of this oil can expedite that process.

Try to select natural fats such as avocado, nuts, vegetables and seed oils.

How much fat is equally important

The recommended amount of fat to consume with each meal is approximately one tablespoon or 14 grams of fat/oil per serving. You can mix this into your food, although foods usually contain some naturally occurring fat, so you might not even have to add anything at all.

Those generally considered to be ‘good’ fats are monounsaturated fats, polyunsaturated fats, and omega-3s.

They are found in natural foods such as fish and whole milk products, oils, nuts/nut kinds of butter and high-fat fruits. Some saturated fats have nutritional value, such as coconut oil and goat cheese, although, as mentioned, we don’t recommend you use coconut oil with your capsules.

You could take monounsaturated fats such as:

  • Olive oil
  • Peanut oil
  • Sesame oil
  • Avocados
  • Olives
  • Nuts

… and polyunsaturated fats such as:

  • Walnuts
  • Sunflower, sesame, and pumpkin seeds
  • Flaxseed
  • Fatty fish (salmon, tuna, mackerel, herring, trout, sardines)

Another option is Omega 3s (Alpha Linoleic Acid) found in:

  • Flaxseed
  • Hemp Seed
  • Walnuts
  • Chia seeds

If you are unsure about fat content, there is plenty of information online, or you can check the nutrition labels on food packaging, which will list the fat content per 100 grams.

You don’t have to alter your diet drastically, but Medimush recommends that you monitor the fat content in your meals when taking the capsules to ensure that you check that every meal has a fat content of at least 14 grams.

Candida Cell Wall Suppressor and Fats Protocol

The Candida Cell Wall Suppressor cleanse consists of 60 capsules, each containing a 600mg dose. Over a five-day period, you will take one Candida Cell Wall Suppressor capsule 4 times a day (with food containing fat and halfway through the meal, as mentioned above), so the total amount consumed each day would be 2400mg.

A suggestion for your intake would be one capsule at breakfast, one at lunch, one late afternoon, and the last with an evening meal – whichever plan works for you is fine, as long as they are taken at fairly regular intervals.

Don’t forget the capsule should be taken halfway through the meal for best absorption. After the initial five days, you will have a 10-day resting period, after which you will repeat this process twice more.

Please see the treatment calendar for guidance on when to take the cleanse capsules.
