At MediMush.co.uk, we stand by the quality of our health supplements and wellness products. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you change your mind or aren’t happy with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• You must have proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt).

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

We cannot accept returns on:

• Opened or used products (for hygiene and safety reasons).

• Items marked as non-returnable or final sale.

• Perishable goods or custom orders.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please email us at info@medimush.co.uk with:

• Your order number

• The item(s) you'd like to return

• Reason for return

We’ll guide you through the next steps and provide the return address. Please do not return items without contacting us first.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

💷 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and brief description. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
